26sep8:00 am4:00 pmThe Return: National Day of Prayer and Repentance

Event Details

On September 26 we will gather with believers from across the nation and globe to intercede for our country. The Return is a movement, an appointed time, and a specific day set apart for one purpose – the return to God, that there be a coming before his presence in humility, in sincerity in prayer and repentance, that there be intercession for America, for each other, and for oneself, for God’s mercy, for salvation, for healing, for revival, for restoration, and for the fulfillment of God’s purposes for America and all who dwell within it. Eastminster will simulcast this live prayer event happening in Washington DC at the National Mall, as we lift our voices to pray for the nation. As we have done with the Wichita Prayer Movement, we are crossing denominational and theological lines in order to come together as one Church united under the Lordship of Jesus for the sake of repentance and intercession. It’s an all-day event, but you are welcome to come and go – Stay for the day or join for an hour. If you can’t make it on September 26, be sure to set aside time that weekend to personally intercede for America. Please note, masks and social distancing procedures are still in effect while on campus.
