Event Details

August 12-16 | M-Th 8am-5pm +Fri 8am-1pm

Would you like to improve your listening and counseling skills? Or make an impact in the community? One way to be a bridge between the church and the world is through receiving Chaplaincy Training, a 40-hour certified course – open to anyone. Chaplaincy Training provides a practical approach to dealing with stress management, grief/loss, trauma, depression/suicide, disaster preparedness, and other topics. You can take this course to become an official credentialed chaplain or just to grow your skills. Chaplains serve in local businesses, schools, healthcare, fire and law enforcement, and within prisons and jails. Talk to Denny Bender or Pastor Ken to learn more; they have both taken the training!

***Register online at www.ifoc.org. Register by July 14th for the early bird discount.
