Message: “Choose Whom You Will Serve” from Stan Van Den Berg

Vows are serious commitments! When we make a vow, what we are doing is inviting God to judge us if we don’t keep it. In our scripture this week, we read about a covenant renewal ceremony that took place after Israel defeated the city of Ai. They did this because Moses and the priests instructed them to do so in Deuteronomy. Just as the Israelites renewed and remembered their commitments to the Lord, so must we! We rejoice in the Lord!
