In order to give us permission to include information about your family in the Webview Directory, you will need to release that information by doing the following:

1. Log in to Webview as the head of your household

2. Click the “Personal Profile” tab

3. Click on the head of your household’s name

4. Scroll down to “Directory Security”

    Show Me in the Directory will show your name only

    Allow Detail View Access will allow others to open your record in the directory and see your address, phone numbers including cell, work, etc., e-mail address, month and day of birth, and employer

    Show Address will show your street address, city, state, and zip

    Show Phone Number will show your home phone number in the directory

    Show E-mail Address will show your e-mail address in the directory

    Show Photo will show your photo in the Webview directory (future use)

    Show Birthdate on Calendar will not be used

    Show My Family in the Directory will only show their names unless you check Inherit My Rights and then all of your family members will appear with the options you chose above for yourself

    Click Update
