Elderslie Farm is an idyllic retreat in Valley Center, owned by Eastminster’s own Katharine and George Elder. The property includes a farm-to-table cafe and restaurant, sawmill, blackberry farm and goat creamery. Our day at the farm will include a personal tour, exploring the new creamery and a fresh farm-to-table lunch.
