The team traveled to Kibera in Nairobi, Kenya, the largest slum in Africa, with Eastminster supported missionary Boaz Masinde. They visited the schools Bishop Boaz founded, Glory Primary and Secondary School.
Pam Van Bebber commented, “The children were amazing! Kibera is very impoverished, but incredibly full of life—with the community spirit and people outside making life happen, I feel as though we are missing out on something in the USA.“
The team also had the opportunity to attend a second graduation! 91 students graduated from TUMI seminary in Kenya ready to spread the gospel of Christ to the country and beyond!
