Short-Term Missions Trips

Each year, many Eastminster members participate in short-term missions trips to countries all over the world. Other short-term work teams serve here in Wichita or elsewhere in the United States, helping with disaster-related needs, outreach ministries and specific projects. The following links offer details and information about how you can serve on short-term missions trips.

Albania, Romania, Turkey and Egypt

Elder Walter Lewis and Rev. Oppriecht will lead a team to visit partners in Albania, Romania, Turkey and Egypt. The team will leave  around April 12 and return April 22. The purpose will be to encourage our friends there, and to pray, worship, and learn how God is building his kingdom beyond Wichita. Save the date for these Outreach Foundation Trips:

Discovery Trip – October 10 to 23. Discover overall work of the church in China and visit selected projects.
 

Exchange Camp – June 13 to 26. Exchanging faith and culture in English with our friends in Jiangsu. The past English exchange camp was held in Nanjing with 12 American and 17 Chinese participants.

Faithful Women on the Road: Russia - May 14 to 28. Spend two weeks traveling in Russia as we sitesee in St. Petersburg and spend time serving in the village of Davydovo, where the community is reaching out to serve special needs children in amazing ways.
