Julia Falke
Technical Ministries Coordinator

What do you love most about your job at Eastminster?
Serving a loving congregation with great servant-hearted coworkers.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I wanted to be a ballerina when I was young. I took years of tap and ballet lessons and spent a few years dancing on pointe.
What are you reading right now?
I just finished a Beth Moore study on Revelation. I enjoy mysteries, especially culinary mysteries, nothing like a sinister plot line and a few good recipes to boot.
What is one of your proudest moments?
My husband, Steve, and I were baptized together outside on a beautiful summer day in Andover.
What is your favorite food?
Sugar ... that way it includes Pepsi and chocolate.
What is your favorite movie?
National Treasure. Steve and I take an active role by saying a lot of the lines along with the actors as we watch it for the millionth time.
Is there a Bible verse God is currently using in your life?
I began praying through the 23rd Psalm line by line a while back after reading an interesting book that discussed each line individually.
Tell us about your family:
My husband, Steve, and I have the privilege of living in a beautiful area of Wichita. We have loved and lost several rescued cats and dogs over the years. At this time our home is really run by our three furry, four-footed feline kids, Jeepers "Peepers" Creepers (the senior member who is about 15 year old), "Trinity" Sue (our 3-year-old "torty with a 'tude") and "Georgie" Porgie (the baby of the family).
