Anna Jeter
Organist

How did you first come to Eastminster?
I was asked to be organist in 1981 and have served the congregation in that role since then.
What do you love most about your job at Eastminster?
I enjoy working with the choir and choir director, and the congregation is wonderful. They are very supportive of the music.
What is one of your proudest moments?
Seeing my children graduate from college.
What is your favorite food?
Chocolate
Who is your favorite musician?
My favorite composer is J. S. Bach, of course. One of my best memories is attending the Leipzig Bach Festival a few years ago. That is a 10 day experience of concerts, trips to surrounding cities to hear concerts, plus morning and afternoon church services in German featuring the music of Bach and other classical composers. I loved hearing everyone say the Lord’s Prayer in German.
Is there a Bible verse God is currently using in your life?
Philippians 4:8-9
