Interim Senior Pastor

We are seeking an Interim Senior Pastor to lead our 2,000+ members in our transition to the EPC. The Interim Senior Pastor will:

• Assume the duties of head of staff including two ordained Associate Pastors
• Preach and teach the Word of God
• Demonstrate solid understanding of Reformed Theology
• Be ordained or eligible for ordination, or be in agreement with the doctrinal positions and polity of the EPC
• Help to provide or assist in training for the Ruling Elders as they prepare for the EPC
• Help to prepare Associate Pastors for transition to EPC
• Work to develop programs in Spiritual Growth and Youth Ministries in alignment with the EPC
