What other groups or ministries are you active in at the church?
Hannah Circle – I have been the Teaching Leader for the past 11 years.
I have been involved in attending/leading several women’s studies, and I am currently leading a young married women’s Bible study.
What is your profession outside of Eastminster?
I am a former teacher. Teaching is my passion, and I have continued teaching in various women’s groups.
What leadership/volunteer positions in the community do you hold?
In our community I have served on the boards of the Pregnancy Crisis Center and Fundamental Learning.
Family information, hobbies and interests.
My husband, Jack, is an orthopedic surgeon, and we moved to Wichita 13 years ago when he joined a medical group here. We have four amazing grown children: Jenny and her husband, Barry, live in Chicago and are expecting our first grandchild this summer; John and his fiancée, Sarah, both work in Pittsburgh, Pa., and are getting married in May 2012; Julie lives and works in Chicago; and Jeff lives in Pittsburgh, Pa., and works with his brother. We are thankful for employed children! God has blessed us in Wichita with our church family and friends.
We enjoy our time at Table Rock Lake. I enjoy reading, skiing, cooking and traveling. I pray that God will continue to use me as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, grandmother, and as his child to glorify and serve him wholeheartedly.

Lamentations 3:23-24
Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope; Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.”
