What committee(s) do you serve on at Eastminster?
Missions Steering Committee.
I have led the short-term mission effort as part of the Millennium Project in Guatemala at Balcones de Palin since 1999.
What other groups or ministries are you active in at the church?
I am a 4th grade teacher on Sunday mornings.
I previously also taught Wednesday night classes to youth, but my business travel does not allow me to at this time.
What is your profession outside of Eastminster?
I am a oil & gas industry consulting executive at IBM. I previously worked 12 years at Koch Industries and prior to that consulted internationally for Andersen Consulting for 16 years.

Family information, hobbies and interests.
I’ve been married 18 years to my loving wife, Elisa. We met at the Union Church in Mexico City in 1992 during one of my international consulting assignments. That church had close ties to my father’s family and as it turned out to Elisa’s extended family. We now have two sons: Christopher, age 10; and Daniel, age 8. We enjoy skiing, baseball (dad likes to coach), vacation travel, mission projects, checking homework on “skype” and just trying to keep up with the kids' activities.
